SHIPPING & RETURNS
We ship to Ireland and parts of Europe and selected other countries worldwide. Unfortunately we are not currently shipping to the UK due to complications of increased postage, administration and customs charges following Brexit which have placed additional costs on both suppliers and recipients. However if you are based in the UK and would like to arrange an order please get in touch via the CONTACT page and I'll do my best to help.
All cards are carefully packed to protect them during delivery. Orders will be shipped within 1 business day of receipt of order wherever possible. Sometimes the lead time may be longer, depending on stock levels. Generally if you are able to complete a purchase on the site it means the item is in stock, with rare exceptions.
We use An Post for deliveries. Delivery within Ireland is typically between 3-5 business days (pending An Post) but with Covid-19 restrictions the mail system is currently under a lot of pressure ... aren't we all! Please be patient. Deliveries outside Ireland may take longer, particularly at the moment with Covid-19 restrictions in place
All prints are high quality giclée prints and are printed professionally to order. This means delivery will take longer than if you are ordering greeting cards. Details about the prints are included in the item description.Delivery within Ireland for prints may take up to 10-14 days from the time your order is placed. Outside Ireland the delivery time will be 2-4 weeks, depending on freight and postal services.
Tracked shipping (if selected) will provide an identifying code for you to check the status of your delivery. We do not offer refunds on items that show the delivery service is able to provide evidence a parcel is ‘delivered’.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs or duty costs once they reach your location - these are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Return & Exchange Policy
We only accept refunds or exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. Requests for returns must be made within 3 days of your order being received. Please email us using the form on the site, including pictures of the damage and the packaging of the product.
We do not provide refunds for change of mind purchases.
